Dear Patient,
After much deliberation, and as many of you are already aware, I write to inform you that I have accepted a position in a different medical practice out of state and as such, will be transitioning out of my current practice in Oklahoma on 11/30/2024. It has been an honor to serve patients from across the state since starting my practice and it is bittersweet to move away from so many that I have cared for for so long. I have been humbled to care for many of my patients’ friends and family and have thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with so many of you through the years. I am grateful for the trust and support you have shown me as your spine care physician.
